Q. Why do we charge when other companies give the service away for free? A. Due to the size and clarity of our warning signs, we have many clients that have never had to issue a parking charge. The warning signs have simply done the job and deterred motorists from parking. When this happens, Parkforce is at least guaranteed a small profit from the sale of the kit to ensure we can continue to grow and offer you an unrivalled service. Q. Why do we not patrols smaller sites? A. It is simply not commercially viable to have patrol officers covering smaller sites. If we did offer patrols on smaller sites, the patrol officers would have to generate enough revenue from the issuing of parking charges for us to pay for their employment. When this happens you will find that patrol officers become ruthless and tend not to use their discretion when issuing charges. The companies that offer this will “rape and pillage” the site. This practice is against our ethical business model. Our way does not attract bad press or unnecessary problems for the landowner and us. Signage. Q.

Our system is based on contract law. By the motorist entering the land and

for parking, they enter into a contract regarding the parking regulations.
Should they choose to ignore the terms and conditions of parking, they are
breaking the contract. This is enforceable in the civil courts. Q.

this system? A.
No. As the Parkforce system does not involve the immobilisation of a motor
vehicle, a license is not required. Refunds. Q. I
